Randy Lake
President
Randy Lake, CEO

Randy Lake is the President of CRH Americas Materials, the largest vertically integrated construction materials company in North America. Lake leads a family of companies in 44 US states and six Canadian provinces with over 24,100 employees at 1,300 locations. The company generated revenues of $9 billion in 2017. CRH is North America’s No. 1 producer of asphalt and paving services, the No. 1 producer of aggregates, the No. 2 ready mixed concrete producer, and the No. 4 cement producer in North America and a leader in Canada.

Lake joined CRH in the Americas in 1996. Prior to his current position, he served as CEO of Oldcastle Building Solutions, the business unit he helped launch in 2010 to introduce and position CRH America’s full portfolio of products and engineering services to developers and design/build firms nationwide.

Since joining CRH in the Americas, Lake has held several operating positions with increasing responsibility. Beginning in the Architectural Products Group as the General Manager of several block and paving stone manufacturing facilities, he progressed to President of the National Retail Division, concentrating on building our footprint and brand with Lowe’s, The Home Depot, and Walmart stores.

In early 2002, Lake joined CRH Americas Materials as general manager of Pennsy Supply, Inc., in Harrisburg, PA. Over the next eight years, he progressed into more senior operating and strategic leadership roles, leading to the role of President of the CRH Americas Materials Performance Group, in which he concentrated on leveraging and teaching best practice concepts in aggregate production, construction services, and commercial execution throughout the company.

Lake holds an MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, VA, and a BS in business administration from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN. He currently serves as Chairman for the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association and lives in Atlanta with his wife, Kelly, and their seven children.

John J. Keating
Chief Operating Officer
John Keating, COO

John J. Keating, Chief Operating Officer for CRH Americas Materials, joined CRH in the Americas in 1994 through the acquisition of his family’s business. Prior to 1994, he held various leadership positions in sales, quality control, construction, and facility operations.

Upon joining CRH America’s management team in 1994, he became the president of its operations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with full P&L and management responsibilities.

Keating was promoted to division president of CRH Americas Material’s New England Division in 2005 following an overall restructuring of business reporting lines. His responsibility in this role involved full P&L accountability, growth, and management of operations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.

In his current position, Keating has full management, P&L, and growth responsibilities for CRH America’s North, South, Central, West and Canada divisions.

Keating has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., and a master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston. In 2013, he served as Chairman on the Executive Board and in 2015, he received prestigious recognition as “Man of the Year” from the National Asphalt Pavement Association.

Dan Stover

North Division
Dan Stover

Dan Stover is the President of CRH Americas Materials North Division. The North Division employs approximately 7,000 people across over 150 aggregate locations, 160 asphalt locations, 80 ready mixed concrete locations, rail and barge terminals, and distribution centers in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. In 2017, the North Division generated revenues of approximately $2.7 billion and is the region’s leading provider of aggregates, asphalt, ready mixed concrete and paving services.

Stover joined CRH in the Americas in 1999 through the company’s acquisition of Thompson McCully, the leading asphalt and aggregate supplier in Michigan at the time. Prior to CRH, Stover gained experience at Thompson McCully and other construction materials related businesses. Upon joining CRH, Stover held positions of increasing responsibility in Michigan, eventually becoming President of the Michigan business in 2008. In 2011, Stover transitioned to the East Coast where he led a successful reorganization of businesses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, as President of PJ Keating and simultaneously as President of Tilcon Connecticut. Most recently, from 2014 through 2015, Stover served as President of CRH America’s Northeast Division which included our businesses in New York, New Jersey and New England.

Stover holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan (Ross) in Ann Arbor, MI, a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and is a professional engineer.

Rob Duke
President
South Division
Rob Duke, President, South Division

Rob Duke is the President of CRH Americas Materials South Division. The South Division employs more than 5,000 people across the southeastern United States, with sales of $2.3 billion. He leads a portfolio of CRH Americas Materials companies that produce and market asphalt, concrete, cement, and construction aggregates, as well as provide material transportation and paving services. Duke joined CRH in 2008 as President of Preferred Materials, Inc., a newly formed company following the acquisition of 32 concrete plants in Florida. In 2010, his role expanded at to include the construction, asphalt, aggregate and rail distribution businesses in Florida. Duke's area of responsibility increased in 2012 to include businesses in seven southern states. He was promoted to his current position in 2016.

Prior to CRH, Duke held progressive positions with Rinker Materials (now part of Cemex), as well as positions with Merck & Company and BOC Gases (now part of the Linde Group), where he held assignments in the U.S. and Europe.

Duke holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, both from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2015, he completed the Global Strategic Leadership Program at the Wharton School of the University of PA. He served on the Board of Directors for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) from 2014-2017, and has held various volunteer leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America - Greater Tampa Bay Region.

David Church
President
Central Division
David Church

David Church is President of CRH Americas Materials Central Division and has full management, P&L, and growth responsibilities for CRH Americas Materials operations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota.

Church joined CRH in the Americas in 2006 through the acquisition of APAC. In his most recent role, he served as Region President of Midsouth Materials, responsible for CRH Americas Materials South Division operations in Alabama, Mississippi, north Georgia, the panhandle of Florida, and Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to this role, he held various leadership positions with CRH Americas Materials, including President of Midsouth Paving & Aggregates, President of APAC Southeast, Construction and President APAC-Florida First Coast Division.

Church holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Scott Parson
President
West Division

Scott Parson, President, West Division

Scott W. Parson is the president of the CRH Americas Materials West Division. Over 4,000 people comprise the West Division team working in 26 business units serving customers in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada. He joined Oldcastle in 1996 through the acquisition of Jack B. Parson Companies. During his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility including Human Resources Director, Marketing Director, Vice President Safety, Human Resources & Environment, Jack B. Parson Companies’ General Manager, Staker Parson Companies’ President and Division President.

Parson currently serves as Vice Chairman of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and chaired the organization’s government affairs and education committees. He served as chairman of the Salt Lake Chamber, Utah’s largest business association, Ready Mixed Concrete Research & Education Foundation and the Weber State University Parson Construction Management Technology Program Industry Advisory Council. Parson currently serves on the Weber State University Board of Trustees.

He graduated from Brigham Young University and the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business where he earned a master’s degree in business administration.

Wayne Lazzarato

CRH Canada
Wayne Lazzarato, President and CEO, Canada Division

Wayne Lazzarato is the President and Chief Executive Officer at CRH Canada Group Inc., one of Canada's leading producers and suppliers of products and services for the construction industry, serving customers across Canada, the Great Lakes region and Northwestern US. With 3,000 employees, CRH Canada manufactures cement, aggregate and ready mixed concrete and provides construction services to many of Canada's largest infrastructure projects. 

Wayne has been with the company for over 30 years, eleven of those years spent at the helm of Dufferin Construction Company, where he started his career in 1983. Wayne has extensive experience in commercial, municipal and heavy (including highways and airports) construction. He is a strong advocate for CRH Canada’s vertical integration strategy, working closely with aggregate, concrete and cement divisions to maximize the value the company provides. Under his leadership, Dufferin Construction has grown into one of the country’s largest and most trusted infrastructure construction companies delivering operational excellence and market-leading customer service.

Lazzarato is a graduate of Mohawk College, Canada and received his executive management education from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.
